A new 2 storey house for rent at central Mactan, Cebu.
The house is placed in a new and very secure subdivision, near shopping mall and other services. Restaurants is just 5 min away, beaches 10 min away. If you want to stay in a quiet place on Mactan, you found it!
In this subdivision we have very little traffic, private car passing by a few times a day. Very good for children to play even in the street.

Close to Mactan Doctors Hospital, Mactan International Airport and Shopping malls around the island. On the east side you find SaveMore which is a good shop for groceries.
Banks or ATM machines is available nearby.
Transportation according to your choice.
Taxi, jeepney or trisikad (motorbike with sidecar) is available outside the subdivision at a very affordable price.
The house is suitable for employed people as well as for tourists.
Inside the subdivision we have large swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, tennis court, party house for weddings etc., Cebu’s largest and most modern gym with sauna and dancing room. A small grocery is already established in the service house, 5 min. walk from our house. Laundry service is nearby.
We rent out the house on short term, min. 5 days basis.
The rental weekly 14000 PHP
Minimum renting time is 5 days á 2000 PHP/night.
ELECTRICITY! Electricity is additional which is paid separately @Php 10,50/kWh. Expect Php 3000 per month, or PHP 900 per week depends of your energy savings awareness.
At Mactan you have a lot of activities, diving, snorkeling island trips by boat, swimming, parachute jump at the airport,
sight seeing up to the mountains above Cebu, or day trips north/south on Cebu Island.
Restaurants: International cuisine is available all around Mactan Island. If you love seafood restaurant try “Lantaw” floating fish restaurant in Cordova.
If you arrive at the airport, a short taxi trip will bring you to our place. Welcome to Cebu.
We have now exchanged a window in master bedroom and in the living room.
Standard window is single glass with frames of iron.
Vi have now a brand new PVC windows with double glass and tinted bronze.
This reduce the heat from the sun, more silent inside, and you use less aircon and save energy and money.
As of today, October 2015, the house is booked until February 17, 2016

We do not interact with the guests. Full privacy. Our caretaker will be around if needed.
When you arrive, our caretaker will inform you about things you need and handle over the keys.
Neigborhood
As of now, our street is pretty quiet and almost no traffic. No driving through cars, so some of the children can play in the street. Some houses are empty, which make it more peaceful, especially in the evening.
Getting around
Getting around with taxi is the best and most convenient way, since they are also cheap. Other alternatives are motorcycles with sidecar, or jeepneys.
