Sosua is a small beach town in the Dominican Republic that is largely popular amongst the tourists for its lovely beach. The streets of the city are calm and joy to walk around with friends or family.

The Sosua Beach is remarkably known amongst the tourists for its crystal clear waters and sparkling sand. One can shop at the street-side shops for clothing, jewelry or a local or Haiti painting. However, it is advised to bargain strongly about the price quoted.
The North Coast in Sousa has some interesting expeditions for the tourists. Check with the local tour operators and book a day for exploring the Sousa forests and the waterfalls, indulging in whale watching and fishing, horse riding and rafting. Ask the guide for a trip to the Monkey Jungle where you can try your hand at zip lining while watching the birds and the monkeys.
Sousa has every type of restaurant for food lovers. From Italian to German or from Roman to street food, there is a dish to satisfy your food temptations. Just plain good! Consider the ‘Baileys’ for all cuisines, ‘Casanova’ for every food wish, ‘El Toro’ for the German food and ‘Morua Mai’ for lobsters, pizza and street food. Couples can consider the ‘On the Watefront’ restaurant if they want to see a sunset while having their food.
