The ground floor gathers wide living room with cooking area and small bathroom, while the first floor is made up of double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds and large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. Parquet flooring in the sleeping area. In summer, the outdoor patio gives guests the possibility to dine in the open air or take a breath of fresh air.
Idyllically set just in the heart of Montegiardino’s old town, it rises just in front of the central square, that is in turn occupied by the city’s church and bar-cafeteria-tobacconist.
A fascinating footpath through the wood leaves 400 metres far from the house.
