The ground floor offers one spacious bedroom with one large double bed and an en-suite hand-made wooden balcony, where there is a big futon. This part of the room is very romantic and two children or adults would enjoy sleeping there. In addition, a bathroom with a shower/sauna cabin and a cosy sitting-room are at your disposal for some moments of relaxation. A modern kitchen with a beautiful dining-table made of glass awaits you to dine looking at the brilliantly lit up pool. A spacious, wooden attic with a twin bedroom and a WC completes the interior of the house.

The villa has plenty of outdoor areas ideal for dining, sunbathing, reading or snoozing. In the surrounding areas you will find traditional stone-walk-paths that lead to the BBQ with its traditional oven, where you could enjoy your breakfast or other local fresh products. You could also enjoy moments of relaxation at the pool bar, listening to the sounds of your favourite music.

General terms:

Minimum stay 3 nights.

The online Booking Form must be completed and terms accepted (tick box) by the party leader (the client) who must be aged 23 years or over. The person who completes the Booking Form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the booking conditions on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form.

Booking of the villa infers agreement with the booking terms and conditions even if a hardcopy of the booking form has not been sent.

Payment options: via Bank Transfer or via PayPal.

Online bookings should be confirmed within 2 days after selecting the required dates, otherwise they will be cancelled.

Reservations are confirmed after payment of the deposit is made.

Conceing weekly bookings, changeover day is Saturday but some flexibility will be considered if given sufficient notice.

Please mention the ages of children (if any) in the "Notes" field while completing the booking form.

Online bookings require payment via PayPal.

For payments via PayPal a surcharge on the total amount is required due to PayPal Transaction Fees.

Security Deposit

For bookings up to 4 nights a security deposit of 300 euros is required.

For longer bookings the security deposit is 800 euros.

The security deposit is fully refundable less any damages might be done to the property.

The security deposit is required to be paid, along with the balance payment, 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Early bookings:
The deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled 2 (two) months or longer prior to arrival date.
30% of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 (one) month prior to arrival date.
Later cancellations non refundable.
