Here’s a pet-friendly, home-style 2-bedroom, 2-bath, one-story ranch-style family vacation home featuring a covered front porch with a gas grill for those relaxing moments. It has all the comforts of home to make your stay cozy. Walk into a spacious living room with a stone gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor. The open kitchen and dining area easily accommodates up to 4-persons. Two bedrooms; each with 1-queen sized bed makes up the floor plan, with the master bedroom having a private bathroom en-suite and a door opening up to the back porch and private hot tub. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees’ actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.

RATES: Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from 594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property(ies) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.
