Your family will have a wonderful time staying in this modern single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation cabin. As you enter the front door from the covered front porch equipped with a gas grill, you’ll discover an open and airy floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that features a freestanding gas fireplace, a large monitor with Blu-Ray entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a washer and dryer, plus a breakfast bar and a family dining table. From the hallway, you’ll discover one full bathroom, one bedroom featuring 2-queen sized beds, another bedroom featuring additional 2-queen sized beds, and a master bedroom featuring 1-king sized bed, plus another full bathroom en-suite. Just outside the back door, you’ll discover a brand new covered HOT TUB! This pet-friendly, WIFI-equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.
