This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse style condo is a wonderful mountain family retreat! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2-sets of standard-sized bunk beds, a 1/2- bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony. The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property also includes unlimited long distance within the continental U.S. and Canada and will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.
