To reserve your vacation, a refundable security deposit of $400 is required (this is retued 3 weeks after your stay provided there has been no breach of terms and conditions). Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your vacation.

Prices listed include ALL State taxes and are based on up to 10 people staying at the villa (not a per person rate) so you will see that staying here is very cost effective!
