You will be literally 2 minutes walk from Auckland most romantic beach, but also 5 min walk from St Heliers village cafés, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, shops and boutiques… Downtown Auckland, central train Station and ferry terminal are conveniently 10 minutes drive away by car of bus.
Other landmarks nearby are: Mission Bay beach, cinemas and cafés (5min drive); Kelly Tarlton Underwater World (7 min drive); Sir Peter Blake Viaduct Bassin (12 min drive); Vector Arena (9 min drive); Historic Parnell Village and salt water pools (8 min drive); Auckland Domain Museum and botanic gardens (18 min drive); Auckland Hospital (20 min drive); The All Blacks rugby temple of Eden Park stadium (30 min drive); Waheke Island (1 hr drive and cruise).

APARTMENT & SURROUNDINGS
The calm and sunny renovated 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 1920 vintage building overlooking St Heliers Bay and the iconic Rangitoto Island.
It feels like you are on holiday 12 months of the year 2 min walk away from the beach. Views from the terrace, lounge and master bedroom are just “Amazing”. The solid walls make it cool in summer and very easy to heat in the heart of winter. It is spatious for a couple and comfortable for a family.

The sea side village of St Heliers is one of the most charming in the Auckland region with for its location, architecture, ethnic restaurants, cafés, boutiques and of course its people…

We will be there to meet you on arrival if you wish so and depending on your check-in time. We would also be happy to help you organise your visit to Auckland and your trip in New Zealand.if you need any advice on what to do or where to go for an afternoon, a day or a weekend..

We can also offer you a guided tour (half day) of the city and its landmarks by droping you off to some sites and picking you up after 1/2 hour at the same or a different location. Landmark sites include your choice of the following:

Saint Heliers is a seaside suburb of Auckland with a population of 4824.[1] This suburb is popular amongst visitors for the beaches, cafés, and views of Rangitoto Island, the distinctive volcanic island in the Hauraki Gulf.
One of Auckland’s most beautiful and affluent village, St Heliers is a vibrant beachfront promenade lined with great shops and eateries.

The picturesque beach is a great spot to soak up the views across the harbour and take a dip, or enjoy a stroll along the waterfront. ​

Rental Conditions

TERMS FOR LONG TERM RENTAL (1 month and above): -

We provide free unlimited broadband with the rental. -

Water and power consumption together are limited to NZ$200 per month. Any consumption above this amount is payable by the guest at the end of each month. -

Linen (except mattress and pillow protector) is not provided or will be at extra cost. -

A Monthly inspection of the premises must be arranged between owners and Guest. However, after waing the Guest, the owner or his representatives reserves the right to enter the property to carry out general maintenance as necessary. -

A security deposit (bond) of NZ$3,000 is payable on arrival and will be refunded 1 week after departure minus any due bills or recorded damages. -

Maximum occupancy under this contract is for 2 person and 1 room. - Extra guests of any age will be paid for separately giving access to second bedroom. -

Subletting of the apartment or part of it is not allowed. -

The cleaning fee is usually charged for 1 week stay. In this case a one off additional cleaning fee of $350 will be charged at the end of the period. - Despite the cleaning fee, the apartment must be left in the same condition it was on the day of check-in.

You will note that all fuiture, chattels and equipment are new or in near new condition. -

The apartment is in a residential building. Guests behavior must take into consideration other tenants in regards to noise control and courtesy. Please note that parties,or smoking are not allowed on the premises. -

Parking space is only available for 1 small car. Larger vehicles must be parked on the street. -

The Owner provides a general insurance. However, weather, water or fire damages of any sort must be reported to the owner immediately. At the exception of normal wear and tears, any damage caused by use or misuse of chattels or equipment will be paid for by the Guest. -

The guest must carry his/her own personal travel insurance. The owner will not be held morally responsible or financially liable for any accident, loss of property or income, loss of life due to the normal use or misuse of the property, its equipment and chattels. - Please note that the terrace is not suitable for children.

In case of misconduct or breach of agreement by the Guest, a 2 weeks notice will be given by the owner. In such case, the amount of nights unused will not be refunded. -

If the Guest decides to leave before the end of the rental period due to change of circumstances, a 1 month notice must be given or the equivalent of 1 month rental will be paid by the guest. Unused nights will be refunded minus any previous special offers previously given.


TERMS FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL (Less than 1 month)


We provide free unlimited broadband with the rental. -

Reasonable Water and power consumption are included  -

Linen is included. -

The owner or his representatives reserves the right to enter the property to carry out general maintenance as necessary. -

A security deposit (bond) of NZ$500 is payable on arrival and will be refunded 1 week after departure minus any due bills or recorded damages. -

Maximum occupancy under this contract is for 2 person and 1 room.

Extra guest  (all ages): NZ$50.00 (access to second bedroom)

Subletting of the apartment or part of it is not allowed. -

A cleaning fee of NZ$100 is charged for each stay.  - Despite the cleaning fee, the apartment must be left in the same condition it was on the day of check-in.

PAYMENT

50% on booking

50% payable 30 days before check-in date.

Late bookers (less than 1 month) must pay full amount on reservation (refundable within 48 hours).

The apartment is considered "booked" as soon as a minimum payment of 50% has been received. No reservation will proceed without payment.

We accept cash, bank transfers and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only)

Security deposit is payable on arrival and usually refundable on departure (and no later than 7 days after check-out date)..


CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund within 48 hours of initial booking.

50% of total charge is refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days before check-in date.

No cancellation refund  accepted within 30 days of check-in date (Total amount is due and payable)
