My husband and I spend a lot of time on the Big Island caring for our rentals. In 2004, in order to improve the quality of our time on the island, we purchased this oceanfront condo. It certainly has improved our quality of life! It has a fantastic lanai with comfortable seating right on the ocean. You really couldn't get any closer unless you were in a boat.
